Quick Breakfast ....

The past few days I have been eating granola and yogurt for breakfast! It taste great and keeps me full for a few hours until it's snack time. I generally combine 1/2 cup of both which totals to be 290 calories! I also add a little of ground up flaxseed that helps with digestion! The Cascadian Farm brand of cereal is very great tasting as well as the yogurt!
