Hair Therapy ...

So I have been wearing my hair natural for the past few months! I belive I have only used a straighter for the first initial flat iron.  For the rest of the days it was straight I would just wrap my hair at night. Here is my journey ...

Ok so getting on to the product at hand! I can honestly say that the MOROCCAN OIL Intense Hydrating Mask SAVED MY HAIR! When I first started using it I would apply a few handfuls as instructed. I would leave it on my hair for about 20 minutes then wash it out. I was seeing some improvement, but not much. Then I decided ok I will go natural for a month, but I would still do the same conditioning routine. Meaning no straightening and no hot tools not even a hair dryer! I ended up with the same results.

Soooo Finally about a month ago I was being really lazy and decided to leave the conditioner on my hair overnight! I washed my hair twice then soaked my hair with the Moroccan Oil Mask. I put a plastic cap over my hair and then I put a silk bonnet ( yes like your grandmother used to put over her rollers lol ) over the plastic cap. In the morning I rinsed it out, but leaving a little of the mask in my hair. Leaving a little conditioner in your hair when natural helps lock in your hairs moisture. Something all natural hair needs and craves. I then applied my styling products and let my hair air dry. I have been in heaven ever since that day! Who knew that one decision would change my hair so much. I know have my curl in the front of my hair towards my face BACK! One thing everyone knows is that this was the reason I wouldn't wear my hair natural and hanging down. Due to coloring my hair over the years the front of my hair would just lay their straight and boring.
No matter if your hair is straight, wavy, curly, or coarse you have to figure out what products and what routine is best for your hair. The only downside to this is the money you may have to pay, but if you can get samples from your stylist or the drugstore or even look wherever you see a  travel section you can try out products that way. It does take patients and time so don't give up! I promise in the end it is all worth it!

I am currently I love with many of the Moroccan Oil products! Give them a try if you can!
